Price:
The prices in the shop are shown in CHF   including VAT. Not included in the price are the costs for packaging and shipping. They are mentioned with the product and vary depending on the size and packaging of the product. If you buy a product, the transfer of the money must be paid in advance.

Shipment:

the goods will be sent on the next working day after receipt of payment.

If the goods are sent uninsured by post, the risk of loss by post lies with the buyer.

Your goods will be sent by Swiss Post. Unless otherwise agreed, the goods will be sent by B-post (Switzerland: parcel up to 2 kg A-post CHF 9.00, B-post CHF 7.00). For delivery abroad, the postage depends on the country.
 

Cancellation of the order

Cancellation is only possible before delivery.

A return is only possible if the goods show no signs of use and in a time of two weeks.

Defects/exchange

You as a buyer are obliged to check the goods after receipt and to report defects to me in writing within 2 days.

The costs for a possible return shipment, for the purpose of exchange or repair of the defects, are borne by you as buyer.

Since the products are all handmade and unique, individually made from natural and hand-woven materials, there may be imperfections, such as the black fabric is not perfectly black everywhere, or threads are visible. It is handmade and a support project. Please remember that. We will not accept returns for this reason.
